Made-to-Order Products Because all items are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind). Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at matchboxportfolio@brandsprout.online with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship the correct item immediately.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible as your item has already entered production.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
